Cancelling Order FAQ:

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Our goal is to ship customer orders out as soon as possible, usually the next day. This creates a small window of time that your order can be canceled. If you do decide to cancel your order, please email at [email protected], and we will make every attempt to cancel your order.

    Any payment for your order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with credit card, your card will be issued a refund or the transaction will be voided. If you paid with PayPal, your PayPal account will be refunded.

    Important: Please keep in mind that if you cancel an order you have paid for with a credit card, the funds may have a hold on them for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please understand that these holds are completely out of our control. So, if you place a large order that will be close to your credit card limit and then cancel it, you may not be able to place a new order until those funds have been released by your bank or credit card issuer. We recommend in these instances that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to request they ‘release’ the hold that was placed on those funds so that you can use your card again without delay.

  • How do I change my order?

    Please use the same email address as above to change your order. Please note that we will make every effort to change your order, but please understand that once an order has been shipped, we cannot process any changes.

  • What is this VIP program and why should I join?

    Built 4 Speed RC has a two tiered VIP program that will give you exciting benefits beyond our already low prices:

    RC Nub –  $7.99 per month

    • 5% off our normal low prices off all items in the store (processed at checkout).
    • Built 4 Speed RC newsletter letting you know about upcoming promotions and new products.

    RC Pro – $14.99 per month

    • 10% off our normal low prices off all items in the store (processed at checkout).
    • Built 4 Speed RC newsletter letting you know about upcoming promotions and new products.
    • Entered into the monthly drawing a new RC car (Yes, we actually give away a car every month to our RC Pro members. Yes it is an actual hobby grade RTR car or Kit). Requires at least one purchase during the calendar month to be entered into the drawing.

Shipping:

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Our shipping costs are simple. Individual items cost a flat rate of $5 per item to ship. Once you reach $25, all shipping fees are waived.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently we ship in the lower 48 United States only. If you wish to discuss shipping outside of the US, or to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at [email protected] and we may be able to give you a quote.

  • What carriers do you ship with?

    We usually use USPS, but for larger items we may use UPS or FedEx, depending on cost and delivery time.
